Beer Pairing
Yesterday evening we made Gorgonzola-Bacon Burgers and paired them with three different IPA's. We are going to a Double/Triple IPA tasting next week and we wanted to try out two of the beers we were bringing: Pliny the Elder from Russian River Brewing Co, and Hop Juice from East Coast Brewing.
