All Grain Brewing

I brewed a simple Pale Ale today using my All Grain equipment. The top vessel is the "Hot Liquor Tun"; "Liquor" in beer brewing is the starting water. So this is hot water. The middle vessel is my mash tun. Here grains are steeped in 156F water to extract the complex sugars. The bottom vessel is the boil kettle and once all the liquid is removed from the mash tun, it gets boiled to break the complex sugars in the simple sugars.
