Dry Hopping
I dry hopped my first beer tonight. Dry hopping is the process of adding hops during the second stage of fermentation. I took 2 ounces of my 2012 cascade hop harvest and put them into the carboy. Then I transfered my beer from one carboy into the carboy with hops and let it sit. Dry hopping will add more aroma to the beer.
