I wanted to hike Bobcat Ridge, but it has been closed for over a year because of fires. I drove up the canyon looking for a hiking trail and didn't see anything I liked. I made it all the way to Estes Park and then drove back down through Glen Haven.
I found a trailhead on the drive back and parked. As I started hiking up the steep incline, it started to feel familiar. When I got back, I looked at my old photos and had done this trail ten years ago.
The elevation and the incline were a bit much, so I only made in about half a mile.
