The suitcases

The competition consisted of three workouts. Each team had a set of four concrete suitcases that weighted different amounts (4.5, 5.5, 6.5, 7.5 stones). They had to carry all four suitcases 50 feet and then perform 120 jump ropes. The teams consisted of one male and one female. 

This was the 'floater' workout, in that the teams could do it whenever they wanted. The other two workouts were on a fixed schedule.

I didn't see much of the first workout since I was outside judging the floater WOD. This workout was 25 lunges, burpees, toes-to-bar, and wall balls all syncronized between the partners. When they finished the last set of wall balls they did it again backward. Only a few teams finished, I believe there was a 16-minute time cap.
