Friday Night Sled Pulls

This evening instead of back squatting we got out the sled and went for 20 feet max sled push. The last time we did this the distance was 50 feet and if the sled stopped it was considered a no-rep. This time the distance was shorter and the sled could stop. This was my max at 370lbs.
