Warmup Progression
One rep max week concluded today with back-squats. This was my warmup progression to get to 200 as my previous 1RM was 195lbs. I would later add an additional 50lbs to my max bringing it up to 245lb.
Afterwards I added my new records to the wall.
- 13.1 = Half marathon
- DL = Dead Lift
- BP = Bench Press
- BS = Backsquat
