On Friday I started an 8 week couch to 5K program that has guided workouts to gradually get you to run a 5k. This week the workout is easy with 10 minute warm up, and then 10 sets of 15 seconds of running with 1 minute of walking. Each week the running part will get longer and the walking shorter. This evening I went around the lakes and took a picture of the sunset.
The 5K program is only on iOS and Android and not on Windows Phone so I took this picture with my iPhone.
