Exploring Portland
After breakfast I wandered around Portland and took a bunch of photos.
In the afternoon I walked over the Burnside Bridge to get to the start of a Coffee Tour. After I crossed over the bridge, they had to raise it for a boat. I thought it was neat to see, but many of the drivers were ticked off. I guess this is probably like our trains.
I guess they have trains here too.
Coffee Tour
The coffee tour that I took was curated and took us to six different coffee shops to try different brewing methods. Out of all the photos this was the coolest one that I took.
Hawthorne Bridge
After the coffee tour I walked across the Hawthorne Bridge back to the west side of town. It was raining a little bit so I but away the DLSR and took a few photos with my Nokia.
Dinner
For dinner I went to Deschutes Brewery and had a burger made with Chainbreaker IPA pickles, it was DELICIOUS! I created a flight of six beers that are only distributed at this brewpub.
