Raspberry Ale
The fourth beer that I brewed was a raspberry ale. I remember tasting it and thinking that it had way too much raspberry. For Christmas Eve, I chilled a few bottles and brought them to Cathy and Mike's party. Only one got drank and the other three made it back into the fridge.
I opened up one recently and it tasted different. The yeast has eaten the rest of the sugar and it was more tart than I remembered. I have about 40 bottles left that I am now going to put into the fridge.
