Pizza

Pizza

I made pizza for dinner this evening. In the past, right before I put the pizza in, I turn the oven to broil. This gets the oven and pizza stone above 650 degrees. However, I didn't do that this time and I noticed a difference. The pizza took longer to cook and wasn't as crisp.
