Remember the calamari from last week? Well, the trout had a similar story except it was me that wasn't sure about it. We were at Whole Foods this past weekend and Michelle was interested in buying some trout and cooking it up.

We had the butcher filet them so we could put prosciutto and thyme inside.

20 minutes later in the oven, it looked about the same. Trout is not as flavorful than Salmon, but the thyme and prosciutto helped. We had 6 cookbooks that had a recipe for trout, and I think if we make this again, we will use a more complex recipe.
