Mead

I transfered my mead today into the secondary. I brewed it on January 11th, 2013 and it has been sitting on the yeast for 263 days. The sweetness didn't completely ferment out, it is at 1.010, but it has been stuck there for the past few months so I decided to transfer it, kill the yeast and in a few days, I will back sweeten with some honey from a local bee keeper.
