I'll Have One
Speaking of beer, as some of you know I have been brewing my own beer. Being my first time brewing I wasn't sure what to expect. After four weeks of following all the steps, I tried my beer and it was flat; this was a month ago. The other day I was talking to one of the security guys at my work, who happens to brew beer, and he said that some of his best brews taste good after a year and to just let it sit for a little bit longer.
Last night I opened up one of the beers to see if the quality had improved. It has been about two months since I started so I was hopeful. The good news was that the beer wasn't flat and it actually tasted how beer should taste like; the bad news what that it tasted like a KeyStone, just a little sweeter. Damn.
