This morning we checked out of the hotel and drove about an hour north to Serres, near where Irene’s mom grew up. While Irene was getting the room ready, Milo and I hiked up a nearby hill that had views of the city.
We would visit the top in a few days for dinner and then breakfast.
I carried Milo on my shoulders up the hill and had to take breaks and sit him down. I should have brought the stroller.
