Yoga Halloween Glow
Monday nights are my yoga night and this evening they had a special class for Halloween. They provided in glow sticks and the class was around 30 people. Normally, Monday nights have three or four people who show up and it fairly difficult. This class was still hard, but it wasn't as difficult as a normal Monday.
