Eggs
I made two quiches this morning for breakfast for the week.
Bacon
The last few quiches that I have made used bacon as the meat in them. Prior to bacon, I had been using chorizo but my neighbor informed me that I could cook bacon in the oven and it wouldn't splatter. After testing it out, I can confirm that it is easy to make and clean up.
Time to Eat
The whole recipe takes about an hour and 15 minutes to make. This includes the first 20 minutes of cooking the bacon, and 45 minutes of cooking the quiche. I made two of them which get cut into 4 pieces each. I'll eat them over the week for breakfast and perhaps an evening if I get bored of stir-fry.
