This week was 1 rep max week at the gym but tonight was the only day of the three that I could make. I increased by back squat by 15lbs for a total of 280lbs. Next week should be a rest week as the muscles need time to recover after maxing out so I will get my deadlift and bench 1RMs next week.

The numbers on the board is a warmup progression of weights and reps. 265lbs was my previous 1RM which is skipped.
