Brown Ale

Brown Ale

I brewed a simple brown ale this afternoon. In the past, I have usually brewed something non-traditional, but for this one, I wanted to do something simple. I will be able to enjoy this beer over the winter.

Mead

Mead

In addition to making a brown ale, I back sweetened my mead with 20 ounces of honey that I got from a local bee keeper. I will let it settle out for a few days and then bottle it.
