Schnitzel
I was looking through my Beer Advocate magazine today and came across a recipe for Schnitzel with an Oktoberfest gravy. Michelle has wanted to fry something in our cast iron for a while, so this was our chance. We used Lefthand's Oktoberfest in the gravy. I though the schnitzel turned out great but wasn't a fan of the gravy.
