Calamari
We went to Sprouts Grocery Store on Monday and Michelle asked the Butcher what cut of meat this was. She answered Calamari to which Michelle say "I'm Scared'. I said, we will take some!
These are from the belly not the tentacle, which is why they were flat.
We sautéed them up with lemon, garlic, salt and pepper.
I think they turned out pretty good. They has a little too much lemon, but overall I was quite surprised.
