I took my BJCP test this morning and I felt confident about it. I talked to a few other participants afterwards who expressed they didn't have enough time to completely fill out the score sheet. Completeness is worth 20% of the score. I didn't have this problem, I actually created more lines because of what I needed to say. I think this was because I have spend the last 4 months filling out score sheets. I don't plan on rating a beer for a long time.
A few weeks back I read a blog post on Contemplative Photography (source) and I got excited about it. I purchased the book and it has been sitting on my shelf until after my test. I started reading it today and started the first assignment, color.
