Bread

Last night after we made the cake I made some bread dough. The recipe I got has it rise for 18 hours and uses very little yeast. The explanation is that you could add more yeast, but it would start to dominate the flavor.

Once we got home this evening, the first rise was done and it was ready for the second rise, which lasted about 2 hours. After that it went in the over in one of our Le Creuset pots.

After it was removed from the oven it needed to cool for a few hours.
