Barrel
We emptied the Brewnion Colony Barrel this morning. We brewed a Russian Imperial Stout about a year ago and it has been sitting in this old Odell's Brewery barrel. We filled up 9 corny kegs; I will be bottling one of them later next week.
Corny Kegs
After the beer was out, we gave it a quick rinse and filled it with water. We will be putting in a sour beer into it next month.
