On the Grill

On the Grill

This evening I made pizza's from scratch and cooked them on the grill. The benefit of the grill was that I could get the temperature of the stone will over 500 and it didn't heat up my kitchen!

I started making the dough a few hours prior to let it rise. When I cut the recipe in half, it ends up making two pizzas. I figure, if I'm going to spend the time, I might as well make more that one.

I picked three medium sized tomatoes from my garden and once it was spread on the dough, I added some of William-Sonoma's pizza seasoning.
