Goat Cheese Gratin
We made Goat Cheese Gratin for dinner this evening and it didn't turn out exactly well. I guess I'm not a fan of Goat Cheese; I think it is a a little too creamy for me. I think this recipe would also work well with Blue Cheese crumples instead.
Rosemary
Fresh Rosemary sprinkled on top right before serving.
