Hops
After the letting the hops dry out for a few days I bought a food scale today. I placed all of the Cascade hops on the scale and it didn't even register 1/2 oz. I then took them and put them in an air tight bag and sucked the air out. I'm not sure if this was a good idea or not, since it completly squished the hop flowers.
