We took Brewer for a short walk around the block this afternoon. There were many people out and at one point it looked like they were all converging on us. Very "zombie apocalypse" like, except the majority of them had kids and dogs. Near the church, we saw a police car and first thought they were stopping people. We had sent our text to the government and was on an "approved" walk so it wouldn't have been an issue. Turns out, they were waiting for the light to turn green.
