Post Office
Letters and tiny packages get delivered to the house, but for everything else, you have to go to the post office. You get a notice in the mail or a text message on your phone letting you know of a package. Once at the post office, mail gets divided into two groups, packages with customs and those without.
Today's package did not have customs even though it came from China. We still had to wait in a 15 minute line though.
