Yoga in the Park
LC Yoga had a free yoga class at Lake Loveland this morning at 8am. Usually I have to choose between CrossFit and Yoga but today they did not overlap.
I did the Hotshots 19 workout this morning at the gym. It is a memorial workout for the 19 firefighters who lost their lives in 2013 fighting a wildfire in Yarnell, Arizona.
I did it scaled in 34:04 with 95lbs on the cleans and jumping pullups.
