5K PR
I ran the Spring Zombies Virtual Race 5K this morning for a time of 25:19 which beats my past PR of 26:00. I have not received my race packet so I don't have my shirt or medal yet.
In the afternoon I meet up with Cedric, Becky and their friend Megan and played some shuffleboard at Verboten.
