First Snow
I'm glad I spent some time outside since it snowed last night.
Coffee Roasting
Most of the snow melted by the afternoon so I setup my coffee roasting equipment and roasted my first batch on my own. It finished a bit quick so I will need to play around with my timing so I don't burn it. I'll brew it up in the next few days to see how it tastes.
