Hopped Coffee
I have made hopped coffee before, in fact, there was a photo about it here. That time it was bitter and unpleasant. This weekend we went to Corvus Coffee down in Denver and tried their cold brewed hopped coffee. It was delicious. They use cascade hops and cold brew it for 18 hours. I'm going to start experimenting at home to see if I can replicate this.
