Day 2
Today was the second day of the conference. Two of the track rooms were located on the 23rd floor which was really cool. It would have been very easy to get distracted by view if the content of the presentations was as good as it was.
The conference had an event tonight at the World Forestry Center, but beforehand, a group of us went to a local bar to have a drink.
Update 12/17/2018 - As I was cleaning out my office at UNC I found this photo so I scanned it in and added it.
Train Ride
After the World Forestry event everyone took the train back into town. It was packed and I'm confident that we ticked off a few of the locals that were on the train.
