Westvleteren is a Brewer in Belgium that is run and maintained by monks. The beer is not distributed to the United States but the owner from Patrick's went over to Belgium and brought some back for a tasting. He couldn't sell the beer, but he could sell tickets to an event where they served the beer. We tried about 10 different Belgian beers and paired it with Mocou Cheeses.
