I returned my phone today. I was having trouble with the auto focus and last night I Googled the problem and found a few online forums describing my exact problem. It took 5 hours at two separate AT&T stores to get it worked out. In the process, the Greeley store removed my unlimited data and blamed it on the Loveland store. Once back at Loveland, it was determined the Greeley had simply removed all my data. A new replacement phone should be shipped sometime this week. For now, I am back on my iPhone.
