Beer and Music Pairing
I took this week off of work so I could work on my own projects and last night I was trying to decide what to do when I saw on Facebook that the Mayor Of Old Town, a beer bar in Ft. Collins, was having its 2 year anniversary party. One of the beers they had was Bitches Brew By Dogfish Head. In celebration of the 40th anniversary of Miles Davis Album by the same name, they reached out to Dogfish Head Brewery to create a beer that would pair well.
After dropping Michelle off at work, I went over to the library and checked out a copy of the album and headed to Fort Collins. If you are curious about what I thought, my review can be found over on my beer site:
