Bread #3
This morning before we left for work I had some time to mix some dough. This evening when we got home it was just about ready for the second rise. It went into the oven around 9:15pm and was out at 10pm.
Brewer waiting for the bread to be done. He was very confused when I took it out of the oven and then went to bed.
