Big Brew Day
Today was Big Brew day, and I went over to Verboten Brewery to hang out with the Weiz Guys Homebrew club. There were two official recipes this year, a blond ale and a Belgium. The club brewed about 70 gallons on 9 different systems.
This system was the most expensive costing a few thousand dollars.
It was neat to see everyone's brew systems. It gave me some ideas for improving my own.
We borrowed the unit next to Verboten for overflow brewing. Someone was very trusting leaving their two Corvettes in there.
