Dancing Pines
We went with JJ, her boyfriend and brother to Dancing Pines Distillery this evening. We signed up for the tour ahead of time and got to sample four different spirits. In this photo, one of the owners is explaining the process of distilling. On the right is the still and on the left is one of the fermenters.
Casks
Many of their spirits age in these wooden casks.
