City Star Brewing
I went to CIty Star Brewing this evening with Cedric, John and Brad. On Wednesday nights they do trivia, which normally I would pass at, but since I hadn't ever been there I decided to give it a try. There were 10-12 teams and at the end we ended up in 3rd or 4th place.
Chandelier
This is the chandelier that was in the tasting room. The building will be 100 years old next year.
Brewing System
They have a 3 barrel brew system and 7 barrel fermenters which means they need to brew twice in a day to fill up one of their fermenters.
