Cascade IPA
With the hops I picked yesterday and the hops from last years harvest, I brewed a Cascade IPA this morning. I used about 6.5 oz of hops and will add 2 more ounces in the secondary fermentation for dry hopping. This will be in about 2 weeks.

I have never used whole hops before, but it seemed to work out fine. At the end of the boil, the bottom quarter of the pot was filled with.
