Evening Walk

Michelle's work started a "steps" challenge where each person got a pedometer. The goal for her office is 5000 steps a day but her goal is 10,000. My office started something similar but the goal is 30 minutes of exercise per day, so in the evening we have been walking around the neighborhood.
