Breckenridge Distillery
After skiing yesterday, we went to the Breckenridge Distillery for a short tour and some samples.
Barrels
In the back of the distillery they had about a hundred barrels with various liquors aging. Some of these barrels had been aging for a few years before the distillery opened to the public.
Still
They were distilling when we were there, so this was close to 1200 degrees. Not that we were going to but we were told not to touch it multiple times.
Still
Their still came from Kentucky.
