Lager Cellar
It was about 50 degrees in the lager cellar at Budweiser on Sunday. We took the free tour, which meant we were up in an "Observation Deck". There is a $25 paid tour that we will probably do at a later day, which is longer and you get to go on the floor of the brewery.
Beachwood
This is beachwood, it sits at the bottom of the fermenters and seperates out the yeast. It adds not flavor to the beer, and is used a few times beofre it gets recycled to use as landscaping. They let us take some home.
Jack's Pumpkin
After the tour they gave us some samples. We tried a few different ones including this Pumpkin beer.
